About Mario

Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest decisions, and my goal is to make the

experience as smooth, informed, and rewarding as possible. For the past six years, I've

been helping clients throughout the Las Vegas Valley navigate the real estate market

with honest guidance, clear communication, and a commitment to putting their best

interests first.

My passion for real estate began with homeownership itself. I know the feeling of

turning a house into a place that reflects your personality, a home where you can relax,

create memories, and truly feel at peace. That experience inspired me to become a

Realtor so I could help others achieve that same dream of homeownership.

Before real estate, I worked in customer service at some of the premier casinos on the

Las Vegas Strip, where I learned the importance of professionalism, communication,

and delivering an exceptional client experience. I also became a certified Sommelier,

which taught me the value of research, attention to detail, and understanding that every

person's preferences are unique. I bring that same mindset to real estate by taking the

time to understand your goals and helping you find the right solution, not just any

solution.

One of the compliments I receive most from clients is that they always know what's

happening throughout the transaction. I believe no one should feel left in the dark during

I specialize in single-family homes, multi-generational properties, custom homes, and

land throughout the Las Vegas Valley. While my primary focus is the South and

Southwest areas of Las Vegas, I also have extensive knowledge of Henderson,

Summerlin, and North Las Vegas. I also hold the Accredited Buyer's Representative

(ABR®) and Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designations, allowing

me to better serve buyers seeking primary residences, vacation homes, and investment

opportunities.
